Meet the Horses - that have our Hearts
MYSTI'K (pronounced Mistique) was born in 2008. Male or Female rider, results are the same. She is entirely too smart, has a very Human personality, & a Teenager "Tude"! Very Sassy with her siblings. She is currently a wrangler's horse only at this time. She can take up to @250# for 1 hour. BE AWARE, she's VERY Lazy & Bratty most of the time. & determined to snack excessively !
She is the 1st horse excused from working in Hot/Humid weather.
Equipment Color - Yellow
Nickname - BratZilla
Bobby was born approximately 2014 and looks to be a Haflinger cross (which is a smaller draft horse). He is very smart and a little ornery. He is two handed or "English" rein currently and is learning one handed or "Western" rein. He can be a bit bouncy at the trot, but is easy to post if kept at a slow trot. Best with a Assertive Novice rider as he likes to snack if given the opportunity. Carries 250#, over 2 hrs - 225#.
Tack Color - Black & Silver

NEW! Ranger was born approximately 2012. We think he is possibly a plantation style TWH and he is gaited. He is sweet and sensitive, but can be a little pushy at times due to anxiety. At this time he is a Wrangler horse only.

IN SUMMARY ...
Only a couple of the horses are easy for a Nervous or Novice Adult/Teen rider at this time (less than 10 hours riding), the others are better with Bold/Assertive or more Experienced riders.
I am hoping to get 1 or 2 more new Horses in 2026. The sooner the better!
HOT SHOT - is a 5 gaited, 2001 model, Tennessee Walker. Rider limit @175#. & over 2 hrs - its @150#.
He's a little 'Squirrel Brained', but does very well with Novice riders giving mixed signals. He detests mud, a bit of an Eater on the Trail & also can be sassy with siblings.

SUPERMAN was also born in 2008 and is a Gaited Cross, Tennessee Walker and Belgian (and has a beachbum's brain). Suitable for most bold novice riders at this time. Carries 225#, over 2 hrs - 200#.
Tack Color - Mint Green
Nickname - Surfer Dude
Thor was born approximately 2014. He is a big Tennessee Walker, possibly a draft cross. He is very sweet, personable and extremely sensitive. He's also very tall at 17.3 hands. He is young and does get overloaded with too much input/nervous energy from the rider. Best for a calm more experienced rider with a quiet, confident nature and light hands. Carries 200#, over 2 hrs - 175#

NEW March 2025! Buddy was born approximately 2016 and is our newest addition to the herd. We believe he is a old line TWH and he is gaited. He is very sweet but reserved and needs time to warm up. He will be getting a new name soon. At this time he is in training and is a Wrangler horse only
